Ebay managed payments

Hi I have refunded an order to a customer because the item was damaged  and now i have a negative balance showing on my managed payments page can someone please explain this as I have no idea what this means tia

When you refund a buyer, MP takes it from pending payouts.  If you don't have any pending payouts, then I believe it is either taken from your checking account or your back up credit card.

What really bites is that ebay takes the refund from your available funds and not the pending funds. It's bad enough I have to wait up to a week to get paid (weekly payout) but when a buyer canceled today, MP took the refund from the small payout I was supposed to get on Tuesday and that is now showing as a negative payout.

That's some underhanded book keeping....

Ebay just did this to me..

I received an order, the buyer cancelled right away.

My payout was supposed to be

$129.56

The refund of -$56.35

Leaves me with 73.21

My question is.. will i ever receive my 56.35?

There is nothing to ship because the item was cancelled.
