As for all changes, I do get wary, especially the new Ebay payment transition. When it made its announcement that they are going live, I watched very closely on this transition. I had money coming in for several days, and waited. My funds wasn't moving. Almost a week later, it started moving and deposited into my checking account. They say it may take up to 4 business days for the deposit to go through, mine took 2 days. Now I am seeing a flow of funds moving.
From what I read from the community, Ebay keeps the fees on partial/full refunds, so I know I'll need to do free shipping to prevent that.
But I do got to say, PayPal does charge high on fees. At times, my buyers make single orders, rather than combined orders. PayPal charges high fees on those single orders. The only advantage to me with PayPal, is that you get the funds very quickly.
The overall experience I had with this Ebay managed payment transition, I give it a 4.5 stars.

MP refunds the full FVF on full refunds and just keeps the 30 cent transaction fee. So this is a benefit of being in MP. You get your money processing fee as well as your FVFs refunded. Those that aren't in MP only get their FVFs from the product and shipping refunded. We get the full simplified fee refunded which includes money process [PP fees in regular Ebay].
PP's fees are the same for single orders or multiple orders. For US sales it is 2.9% of the total money received plus 30 cent transaction fee. There is no fluctuation in this.
