Ebay Tax Verification Name Error

Hello, I have been a seller for a little over a year now. Have had no issue receiving payments until the dreaded MP rolled around. Everything was good until it prompted me to verify my tax credentials. I happily obliged as I know Ebay is a serious company.  I have been denied over 30 times with this message, 

      I tried calling countless of times, with the same old response from customer service to make sure to re-enter all information, including and excluding my middle name initial to no avail. It is precisely the same as my bank account name, SSN, and ID. I don't know what's going on! The last call I made, the specialist in charge of Managed Payments told me it was an "error" on their systems and they would be forwarding this information to the IT department and that I have been added to the "list". Asked them around when they plan to get this resolved and if they could give me a call back. Both requests were denied, stating that they are not allowed to call back, and that the IT department can take a while solving this issue. In the meantime, I wanted to know if anybody else was having the same issue as me, and what they plan to do about it. Thank you for your time. -Dan

Your tax ID is your SSN.  So according to you the name on your SSN is exactly like it is for your Ebay account and your bank account.

Try contacting Ebay through Facebook.  I've been told it works better for getting real answers.
