Ebay Seller Loyalty

Ebay has not been very loyal honestly Like literally there could be an issue at hand with a buyer not being honest and all the proof they need to verify for the sellers would be right in the conversation and then boom they put your account or payments on hold until a so called case is closed and for starters it needs to be more identifiable on why a case is opened and not because automatically what a buyers reasoning is it should first be Observed through messages so that they know if it’s truthful reasoning but for starters ebay totally goes against they policy stating the sellers have the option to choose to refund or not but automatically ebay refunds and puts the sellers money on hold and then for what if it’s a lie being told by a buyer then everybody’s left in the red end. because it takes at least 30 days for a case to be closed i hope they improve this and they take too long to give me my money literally from thursday to sunday i can’t get any payouts so i’m stuck with no money every weekend until monday because i’m trying to run a business on ebay there is much improvement they need for sellers and they need to fix there access to when someone calls we need management to speak to not no robotic people who can’t help with nothing they just repeat things and don’t listen

Not sure of the issue you are reporting because the total lack of punctuation has left this unreadable.

 

eBay policies are in Sell at the bottom of the page. eBay does not research cases.

They will not get involved in a he said / she said.

Almost as hard to read as the feedback answers left for the negs they received. Service and customer service is lacking. Even blamed the post office for switching labels on two items shipped.

From the moment a buyer has comitted to buy an item to the moment the buyer has succesfully payed for an item, Ebay will always side with the seller. Even with sellers remorse,  refusing to send a payable invoice after buyers multiple requests….

This isn't true.  The current Simplified Return program that Ebay runs sides with the BUYER in most cases, even when they are wrong and the seller can prove it.

 

Oh it seems you just mistyped, because there is no such thing as Sellers Remorse, it is Buyer's remorse.

"  Now this part really confuses me.  What are you talking about.  An invoice is sent to the buyer automatically by Ebay when they make the purchase.  If they look at their Purchase list they can see what they purchased and pay from there if they wish to.  Or they can go into the listing they purchased and pay from there.  Buyer's have multiple ways to pay that makes having the seller send you another invoice unnecessary unless you are purchasing multiple items and are getting a shipping discount.

It's a side affect of too much texting.  No punctuation.

 

When you see posters that post just a wall of text here, that is likely also a side affect of too much texting.

 

People are losing the ability to communicate effectively in the written form.

Ok let me be a little more clear since some of you are worried about the grammar more than what’s being said. I will also come back and add some of my numbers which are very high in multitude . I’ve sold over $100,000.00 worth of product in less than 9 months and dealt with over a thousand buyers at the least. See my point is very clear and understandable. When it comes to buyer seller loyalty, there is none for the seller from eBays stand point of view. I’ve never once tried get over on a single buyer and I have always conducted my business in a timely matter. Yes I am new to the platform but I have become very familiar with policies and procedures set forth by all of the different management teams that run this site. Now back to the seller loyalty. The only time I have had bad experiences is when a buyer was completely impatient because there are some that are .Or the buyer was flat out trying to scam me. I’ve sent so many items brand new in the box and someone has turned around and sent me back something totally different than what I sent.  But I still end up having to go through process of my money being put on hold just for someone to send me back a box of nothing after I’ve sent them a 250 dollar product. Ebay gives you the option to accept returns on the terms that you pick and that was one of the points I was trying to make. They don’t even oblige me by not giving me the authority promised dealing with return process. They just automatically accept the return even if it’s not for the reasons I accept. And those are wrong item sent or wrong description. I do sell everything brand new unopened too. It just happens too much and I’m treated as if I’m not an honest seller when I am. Not to mention  eBay gives a money back guarantee . So I always have to deal with the mishaps of someone else and eBay never steps in to satisfy me as an above average seller that the claim that I am. But they treat me like a scammer who hasn’t even sold thousands of products successfully. And yes I do have a 1099 . It’s simple and they use it to there advantage. They know people will keep selling regardless but if some buyer isn’t satisfied or doesn’t like the way they are treated they probably will never buy again. So the buyer is always right and the seller is wrong until some proof is produced . That would be delivered product and mine always make. SO PLEASE EBAY STOP PUTTING MY MONEY ON HOLD WHEN I DO EVERYTHING I AM SUPPOSED TO AS A SELLER..

It may be lacking but whatever I post gets sold within 24 hours so it’ll be ok. I’ll get it right . Another thing people aren’t honest . I got bad reviews because I mixed up a package by mistake and that’s because I bring 80 boxes at a time sometimes, yes a truckload. And once again yes I am new to the platform and I was moving too fast a few times and made very few mistakes when it came to shipping my productivity . LETS GET ONE THING CLEAR . EBAY LETS YOU WHEN APPROXIMATELY WHEN YOUR PACKAGE WILL ARRIVE. So you don’t write the seller as soon as you purchase the product asking for a tracking number . That’s obscure. That’s wrong and that’s people abusing the buyer seller communication and community services. It’s annoying when people buy something then ask you to ship the same hour they buy it. They don’t think about other buyers or what the seller may be doing at the time. ITS HEY I JUST PAID NOW SHIP MY ITEM. And there are Very many of them that act this way. So please . I know everything I’ve spoken on I can stand on because I’ve been a completely honest buyer and seller and I have always did my part 100 percent . People make mistakes

I don’t know why people are worried so much about the grammar because what I said at first was totally understandable. People just like to be sarcastic and bully other people. They also like to try to find the smallest thing that people do wrong and blow it to be something it’s not.  When the topic and the problem was clearly stated. Any human being knows people make mistakes . It’s just about what you to do to fix it and I have always taking care of my buyers. I got plenty that buy from me on a regular basis and they can let you know I stay in contact with my customers and don’t lie. I let them know what’s up before I just send there package off a few days late. I always send them before ebay says they are overdue so with that being said , I’m through.

Well said, going through the same thing now.Buyer made false statements about damaged goods said he called me with the #on the site and I told him he had the wrong number. Daaa there is no phone numbers on Ebay sites if there were Ebay would have no control of the sale. Big red flag! Then when I asked for pics of the damage I didn't get a response. Big red flag! He reported the damage 5 days after delivery.Big red flag!Then a hold was put on my account because I didn't respond to the return request Daaa he wasn't responding. Then he opens a case and sends pics of used parts and a box I never sent him with the parts in the background in a heap that if they were the new ones I sent him I can see how they got damaged. I reported him jumping through all the hoops not once but many times all falling on deff ears. Ebay granted him the return and refund and going after me for the refund. Let the scammers flourish!!
