Hello,
I'm trying to pay for an item and I keep getting " We ran into a problem. Please try again." . I tried to pay without paypal and same thing. I've never had this problem before.
Then I get an email with: " From time to time, PayPal must review a payment more closely to ensure it complies with the established User Agreement and our global regulatory obligations. We identified a risk that prevents us from completing this payment. We apologize for the inconvenience."
Is it something on the sellers end? None of my cards are expired or closed or anything.
