EBay mastercard points not showing up on Ebay check out page

Hello, I see a lot of people are having the same issue as me. I already contacted the bank and they told me there is nothing wrong on their end.I call eBay and they have not an answer, they keep telling me to call the bank. I do see my point ready to redeem on the bank website but they are not showing on the checkout page. this is not the first time Ive done this

I am having that same issue.  See points at bank but not showing on checkout page.  Were you able to resolve your problem?
