I canceled an order immediately after it sold (something went wrong with the shipping), contacted the buyer, and we completed another order. However, Ebay took money out of my checking account because they said there wasn't enough $ in my account to cover the refund due to buyer. The buyer already got their refund from that canceled sale, but I am still charged in my checking account and they are not giving it to me back! Who do I contact?
Ebay also said the "paid out" for another item I sold, but they haven't. Who do I contact about that?

If funds are processing, when it all "settles" it will likely zero out. If all this was recent it may take 2-3 days to "settle".
