My buyer won 2 of my auctions. He messaged me to inquire about combined shipping, which I told him I do and to request a total from his cart. He messaged me back next day. Told me E-Bay said I do not combine shipping. He paid for the 2 auctions without being charged ANY shipping charges. Shipping charges were posted for both auctions. I didn't think this was possible. I know this will affect my "prefered seller" status which I lost because the buyer in that case lived 15 minutes from me and requested local pick-up. When the buyer came the day after the end of auction I went on E-BAY and posted that I had been paid and that the item had been shipped. Also I had gotten positive feedback from the buyer. But I have had such experiences with E-Bay in the past. I stopped selling on E-Bay 14 years ago because in my cases, the don't follow the rules they set and their first action is cover their ass. I digress, but please help if you can.

this is a bit strange....so your buyer paid you about $48.00 (combined) for the 2 items and paid you individually (21.99 & 25.00) for each item......
"...Told me E-Bay said I do not combine shipping..."
ebay 'told' them? How?
Something is awry here....

I didn't think it was possible either ... unless there was a Free Local Pickup option in the listing that the buyer could choose when they paid.
Have you contacted the buyer about this and let them know you'll be sending them an invoice for the shipping cost?
