I clicked on print label twice by accident. Only one tracking number is working its way through the post office. How do I cancel the other non-working tracking label and get a refund?

Do you mean print label twice or bought label twice...
The quickest way I know to cancel (there are other ways) is to go to your orders page, click on labels, then cancel the one unused. There might be a wait for the refund for up to ten days but usually it's a bit quicker.

If you clicked print label twice a printed 2 labels with the same tracking number you we’re not charged for it and can simply discard it.
If you purchased 2 different labels for the same item follow the advice of @annadryl to cancel or void the second label. In my recent experience cancelling labels it takes approximately 2-3 weeks to be refunded, refunds will go back to the same funding source you paid for it.
