I ordered a set of Videos last Month an was double charged for a single purchase. What is the procedure for returning the second charge?

Does the charge still show on your account?
The first charge is usually a hold put on the funds until the payment is processed.
Once the payment is processed, the hold is removed.

I'm with Ken. I think one of the charges was for pre-authorization. Note that the charge could be credited in several days up to a whole billing cycle. Hang in there...

Sellers cannot see how buyers pay and cannot initiate any charges at all. I agree that it was a pre-authorization you saw. holding the funds for when the actual charge comes in. This is especially noticeable on weekends and holidays when banks are closed and holds hang on a bit longer.

Call the customer service number on the back of your card. They can tell you if it's just a temp hold or an actual charge.
