Do I need a USA bank account for selling?

Sooo... I've been a seller for 15 years in the USA, but am now living in Spain. 

Can ebay seller payouts and charges only go through a USA bank (for ebay.com), or can ebay send a payout to my Spanish bank?

I have a great 100% rating on ebay.com, and I don't want to start over with ebay.es, the Spain ebay.

If you are permanently residing in Spain and have not signed up for Managed Payments.........

1 - change your registered location to Spain

2 - Sign up for Managed Payments in Spain

3 - Use a Spanish bank account.

If you are just a temporary resident of Spain and are already signed up for Managed Payments in the US then that is what you are stuck with on this id.

If you are a temporary resident of Spain and have not signed up for Managed Payments at all then you will be considered a US resident as far as Managed Payments is concerned.

Managed Payments is divided up into regions, you need to sign up in the region where you are a permanent resident. If you try something else you may end up disabling your id and have to ditch it and start over.
