Dishonest practices on ebay

I'm wondering if others are experiencing what I am experiencing:  2 issues. 

I have been receiving upcharges on Fedex labels over the last several months.  In one case a $61 upcharge on a $39 label.  On the upcharges, it was noted that both the weight and the dimensions were correct.  The original label was generated using e-bay shipping so it should have been correct.  If I don't pay attention, these charges slip in without being questioned.  When I first contacted e-bay, I was told it was a glitch, and has been corrected, but it has still been happening.  Further, I have had no success with e-bay refunding the over charges.

The second issue is that I ship items on-time per the listings and still get hit with a "late shipment" or "late delivery" defect on my seller account.  In one case I even had feedback from the buyer saying "fast shipment".  I have appealed these to e-bay through the online appeals process and have not been able to get any removed.  The response is always "ineligible to be removed".  Seems e-bay is deliberately doing this so as to damage my seller rating.  This is then used to charge an additional 6% seller fees.

I am outraged by these practices and the fact that there is not a single living person in the appeals chain with a brain. 

Seems to me like this is ripe for a class action lawsuit.

For UPS and FedEx, the price Ebay shows is only an estimate and both like adding extra charges after the package has been delivered and they've done it for years.

It's been getting worse over time.  However, Fedex is the worst for that.   It's almost like they don't want to ship small accounts but don't want to just come out and say it????
