Under this new payout system. Does eBay give you the shipping funds at a later date? I sold a few items and I did receive the payout for the items but minus the money that the buyers paid for shipping and yes I applied the correct percentage seller’s fee. After applying the percentage I am short some money which happens to be the exact amount that the buyers paid for shipping. I have not used eBay to sell in the last 3 months and never ran into this problem with PayPal so I am really confused on what is going on here.

No, they don't give you the shipping payment later. You get it all at once. Can you provide the numbers for a sale where your shipping payment is missing (item price, shipping, sales tax, eBay fee, and the amount they paid you)?

If you are using Managed Payments and purchased the shipping off of eBay then there is no shipping funds to received later. eBay deducted the shipping fees when you purchased shipping.
If you purchased shipping elsewhere then the fees would not be deducted from the eBay balance.
If you look at your financial summary it will show how the money was distributed.

e bay takes gross even shipping for fees to get shipping label through e bay on manage payments you need to have a balance but get this you have a balance to pay for it but e bay don't release your funds so your neg in account so they ding your bank for money even though you have funds tell ya a little story .started manage payments on Feb. 2nd before that had a bill from 15th to 15th each month .everything great ...........10 years no problems . on the 2nd 13 shipping charges from Dec and Jan that should have been on my bill. all the sudden .ding 7 times hits my bank, overdraft and all. now they say i owe them money only 1.500.cool but now that I've sold on manage payments 1.700 dollars .i say where's my money they say fees. that's funny .had a monthly bill .before they forced me into ADYEN I REPEAT ADYEN manage company not e bay new manage company..so now i went from top seller to below for dings on my account. and we all know talking to e bay customer is like talking to kids . they don't know anything ,so i shut down my account .cause of this .

This is has it has always worked for myself.
I get a order, eBay notifies me that I have been paid, I purchase the shipping label and within a few days the shipping fee is deducted from the amount that I was paid.
In the example below I purchased shipping for $7.67 and it shows that I have a minus, -$7.67. It also shows that $25.13 is processing. When it is finished processing eBay will keep $7.67 for the shipping I purchased and $17.46 will be transferred to my financial institution by the next business day.
Basically the amount Processing is always equal to or greater than a negative Available Funds.
I do not know how this could ever get out of sync. Only way maybe I could see it getting out of sync is if I sold a item and the total cost of the item (the amount due me after eBay fees) is less than the shipping cost. In this case I would not have enough funds being processed to cover the shipping cost.
Maybe there are other ways to get out of sync, I am not sure.
Anyway I am not sure why this does not work the same for everyone. Maybe since I sell such a small amount it is easy enough for eBay to keep my account straight?

Brand new seller. I sold two vases for a friend, together they brought in $408.75. I didn’t purchase postage from eBay, shipping elsewhere cost a little more than $30. eBay says I am due $378. They charged the customer shipping of course, her total bill was $470. Sooo $92 disappeared, along with my $30 shipping. WTH.

I don't see the sale under this ID so I don't have the numbers....
You can see the total breakdown on your payments detail page.....
or under Paid & Shipped Details....

You have a knife that sold and it states Free International Shipping to the United States. If this is the one you are talking about and it is shipping the the US then there is no shipping fees due to you.

Same happened to me, sold a DSi for $55, shipping for $5, only received $51 total. Not sure if the math adds up, but it just doesn’t seem right

Look at your Fee Details and it will tell you what your fees were based on and how much the fees were.
$60.00 minus 13.25% ($7.95) equals $52.05
-$7.95 13.25%
-$0.30 Fee
$51.75 balance
For you to get only $51 there must to have been a Fee for Sales Tax on the sale?
