Well, eBay doesn't sell stuff and your seller probably won't see this post.
You have 30 days past the Estimated Delivery Date on the order to file an Item Not Received claim. Has that date passed?
If that date has passed, you might try a PayPal claim (if you used them) next and finally, a claim with your card provider.
