EBay has done it again for maybe the thousandth time. Congratulations I can't pay for my auction wins again because you refuse a perfectly good card. It's up to you to explain to the sellers why you won accept my card so they won't be paid

Credit or Debit?  Go to this page and use the Contact Us button at the bottom. In the pop-up, select See More and find Contact an Agent.  Select either Chat or Call back. They should be able to tell you if the problem is on your end or the sellers. If all else fails, ask the seller to cancel the transaction.

If they try to stick you with a NPB strike, you can dispute it if the problem is not your fault.
