Delayed payment

I have a buyer who wants to delay payment for a few days. I'm fine with that. She asked me to "unlock the unpaid item" button. How do I do that or somehow indicate that we've agreed on a delayed payment date? Thanks!

I think she was concern that she would somehow be "dinged" by ebay if she didn't pay within 48 hours. Do you know if that's the case?

If you close the case now, the buyer will get dinged.

Sellers like it when buyers pay within 48 hours, but you can give them more time to pay.

As long as they pay in a few days, they'll be fine.

@jjbivens

If there is an unpaid item case open, just leave it open.

When they pay, it will close.
