Delayed payment

I had a buyer contact me, before the end of an auction, and request a payment date a couple of weeks later than what my listing sells for. I agreed to this. How do I make sure they don't get an unpaid buyer automatically opened against them? I can't seem to find it. Thank you in advance!

If you can't find it... you probably don't have the feature activated. It's called 'Unpaid Item Assistant' and can be found on your Seller account. If this is enabled, it will automatically open an Unpaid Item case after two days of non-payment.

Not enabled, and it's a manual process.

If the delayed payment is okay with you, just make sure you haven't enabled that feature. Good luck.
