Debit Card Not Verifiying for Instant Payouts

Every time I try to add my debit card, which is linked to my bank account that is connected to my ebay already, ebay gives me an error message and says they cannot verify this card??? I use the card every single day and have it connected to countless ecommerce and digital wallet apps already so I know it's not an issue with the card or on my end. Every time I call customer service, whatever they do to try to fix the problem just doesn't work and im stuck unable to use my debit card months later still. I've also tried my other debit card and even that one doesn't work (ones a visa, other MasterCard). PLEASE FIX THIS EBAY IVE BEEN TRYING TO LINK THIS CARD FOR MONTHS NOW WITH NO LUCK.

If it's not verifable ebay will not let it go through.

Either try a different debit card or forget about it. I had an issue trying to add my debit card i was also unsuccessful. I decide it isn't worth the hassel.

I've been having the same exact issue since trying to use my debit card for a payout last week. Still no solution after calling customer support twice but they tell me they are working on it.
