Daily payouts not released

I have been on eBay for +20 years and I have never had such a frustrating and humiliating experience. They forced me to go from an individual salesperson to a professional, without understanding the personal circumstances that could negatively affect me with the treasury and my pension. And to top off the insult, now they are not releasing my money from sales. I have scheduled DAILY payouts but I have not received a single cent in my account for the entire month of July. Part of that money is used to cover shipping costs, if I don't receive money I can't meet my clients. What's happening on eBay? It is true that they reach everywhere, but they also charge for everything I move and they are not cheap. It seems like they are forcing the platform to collapse as I have been hearing about system glitches for months. Just in case, I'm already looking at other websites and sales and auction services. When a system "glitch" appear in the 21st century, it is because things are not going in the right way or there are other interests and bets on another type of business. Wait and see.

'+20 year'...means nothing selling here.

'individual salesperson to a professional'....means the same thing I think.

If you cancel 2 or more sales...that will affect your account.

If you haven't sold anything in 30 days...there is a 30 day hold on funds.

Are you certain your payouts are set to daily? You may want to double check on that.
Payouts can be set for:

Daily

Every Week on Tuesday

Biweekly on Tuesdays

Monthly, the first Tuesday of the month.
You may be sent a payout on the weekend, deposits usually don't clear in banks on the weekends. Unless banks operate differently in Spain.
You may also have used any available funds towards shipping out items. Which can account for not getting payouts. If you use any of the Promoted Listing features to boost sales, payment for that is taken before you receive your funds.
Or eBay is holding your funds because you are new or infrequent seller.

Since I am not an eBay employee, I'm an eBayer like you, so I can't look into your account. I can only guess as to why you're not getting your payouts.
I'm not quite sure what you meant by " If I don't get my payouts I can't meet my clients".
