I am writing to inquire about the possibility of any account restrictions. I have followed all guidelines and policies closely while setting up my new online business. However, I would like to confirm if there is still any chance my account could be restricted and if there are additional precautions I should take to prevent this.

Does eBay have your phone number? Did you verify it by submitting the code they sent you?
Did you successfully link a Payoneer account?
Does eBay have a card on file in case you have outstanding amounts owed and your funds are insufficient?
Did eBay send you an email 2-4 weeks after linking saying you're all set?
Did you go to eBay Academy?

Yes, there's always a chance your account could be restricted or suspended.

Dont Drop Ship.
Only ship what you have. If the inventory is not yours and you dont control it ... like many others, you will sooner rather than later be restricted.

you are restricted from the get-go, ebay has you on a leash until you prove that you can successfully sell
it might take up to a year to get enough leash to sell without being restricted to a small amount
each month you will be reviewed and allowed a little more leash, provided all goes well.
good luck....

Start selling with low value items until you build up a feedback record. New sellers with too many high value listings can cause new sellers trouble.

Ebay can get rid of you for any reason at all.
