I keep getting an error saying my Bank is not supported but it will let me use my Chime card to make purchases and pay selling fees. Anybody else having issues using their Chime checking account for Payouts?

Chime is good for paying for purchases and paying seller fees but you need a bank from the list of banks eBay provides for managed payments.

Chime is on the list ebay provides for managed payouts.....as is Bancorp bank. Chime is a reputable corporation and it is in the banking finance section of Google play. It makes NO sense that I have seen DOZENS of complaints in the last year and ebay STILL doesn't have it fixed. If it's good enough to pay my sellers fees, and it's good enough to direct deposit to, then why on earth would it not be gold enough to add for on demand payments?! It's ridiculous!

eBay sent a payout to my Chime account this morning. Never had a problem using them.

I'm glad Chime works for you but there are numerous posts about Chime not working for payouts. Maybe you got the correct routing and account number and it happened to match your name and address on eBay, and theirs doesn't.

Check to see if you have an exact match on your name for your eBay account and Chime account.

Why not just admit you were wrong about Chime not being on the approved list? I’m aware of some issues with Chime, but not being eBay-approved is not one of them.
If you don’t get the routing number, account number, name, and address right, it’s not going to work no matter what bank you use.

OK, fine, if it makes you happy I admit it is on the list but there are numerous posts here, and I do mean numerous about Chime (and Bank of America) not working for them.
Some of the sellers ended up having to open a different bank account. Just saying. That might be easier than doing something over and over that only results in an error.

It’s not about making anyone happy, it’s about giving accurate info. Why make the OP think Chime isn’t an option when it may just be a mistyped digit?

Ixappreciate you came behind me to CLARIFY because sometimes my answers are not perfect or they're incomplete. It's nice to know you have my back.
So are we done now?

If you’re going to stop telling people that Chime isn’t a valid option, then we’re done. It’s obviously too much to ask for you to understand the difference between “not perfect or incomplete” and “dead wrong”.

Whether members are right or wrong with answers, normally we correct each other in here without going on an attack.
Now can you please shut up about it?? I gave an answer that sucked and you want to keep rubbing my nose in my poo-poo.
That's not cool.
