Checkout options not working October 2020

Put item in the cart,basket,trolley

Click checkout

Screen pops up long blue box 

Something about the different ways to pay on eBay ... For me none of the options work I choose PayPal nothing I choose PayPal on the PayPal screen I then have to log in to PayPal ???

The screen goes blank then I'm back in the eBay checkout screen asking the same thing again and again and this then does the same as mentioned a bit back and I end up back again on the eBay checkout screen nothing purchased all still in the basket .

Is there a fix ? What's going on... I've emailed both eBay and PayPal but the both don't reply ??????

Sounds like you have a pop-up blocker or ad blocker messing you up. I assume this in on a PC, correct.  If so, disable any add-ons or extensions that you have running in your browser, then exit out of the browser and try again. Otherwise, try a different browser or the eBay app on a phone or tablet.

I see you are registered in the UK, but you are currently posting on the US ebay.com discussion boards.

Are you trying to purchase on ebay.com, or ebay.co.uk?

Is your seller new to selling or located in another country? If so, the seller may not have set up the account correctly to receive your payment. Make sure the seller actually ships to your location.
