Charged two full months instead of a month and a half for new billing cycle

I'm so angry!!! When we converted from mid-month cycle to the first of the month statement cycle I found out on here that we would be billed from 3/16-3/31 and then for the entire month of April. Instead, I was charged two full months on April 1Screen Shot 2022-05-01 at 1.09.49 PM.png. I contacted chat and got cut off. I then contacted them via phone and the guy didn't understand that I was only supposed to be charged for half the month of March. He gave me a full refund of a month, so another bill was generated for May 1st, so I was charged for two full months again. I contacted them again via phone and the girl I spoke to was very nice and understood what the issue was and said she would have them investigate and get back to me. I still haven't heard anything back. Check your statements!! You too may have been over billed and you are not getting your money back.

Just asking....why wouldn't you get your money back? If there's an error, you probably will....

there was a lot of confusion when they changed the billing cycle. I did check all my accounts, and the store charges were accurate month-to-month

Did you check the individual 59.95 withdrawals (or did they mistankenly take out 119.90 in one withdrawal?) for the time period covered in the detail?

so, your 'detail' shows a debit (-) for 119.90 on the transaction line for 1 month of services?

(screen shot from "Payments --->All Transactions----> Transaction Details")

It shows the time period for the payment

Sorry, I just saw this. Yes that is what it showed. Never got my money back. Never heard from them either. So much for customer service. Thank you for your response at least.
