Charged for nothing...

I ordered a product, was billed through my credit card, but it never arrived. And theres no record of my order number on my ebay account even though I got a reciept.  Cant get a hold of anyone and the seller is off limits.

Any advice?

Contact your credit card and dispute the charges. You will be made whole but it may take a little time.

By off limits, do you mean they are no longer registered? If that is NOT the case, please tell us what you mean by off limits. 

Did you by any chance order as a guest?

Have you check your messages on eBay or the email associated with it?

How long ago did you order?
