So I have called eBay 7 times! and they don't know whats going on. I put my TD bank info and I want to switch it to chime. It appears on the payout list and ebay rep said they do accept that method for payouts. The problem is when trying to add it to my ebay account it asks me for my previous TD bank account number. After I put the TD account number it says..

This is NOT my phone number! all 7 agents have no idea why its doing this. Anyone else encounter this?

Have you gone in and checked/changed your cell phone number in your Personal Information? If not, you might try to correct or reenter you correct number. Might have to give it a little time to update if you do change it.

Thanks, I was already able to change the payout method going to seller hub and clicking on edit payment instead of delete or add new payment. I have never changed my phone. I've had the same number for years since I started with eBay. eBay doesn't understand how that phone number is there either.
