Changing payout account

My payouts are sent to an account I wish to change buy I can't find anywhere to make the change, also there used to be a phone number to speak a representative.

A CSR that you would get in a phone call would be able to do little for you except for possibly confusing you more.

CSR interaction is now best done using the "help & contact" (available on most pages) to use chat, or request a "call back".

I go to my eBay payments and i find nothing about changing accounts, my payout was sent Aug 28 and still no money, this is the reason I buy most things from amazon, they don't lose my money

Account settings > Payments Information > Payments > Manage
