Changing banks for auto deposit

I am trying to change the bank that I want my payments sent to but it won't accept the info. I checked with my bank on the routing and account numbers so that's not it. I am puzzled. Suggestions???

What bank are you trying to add?  I know there have been problems with Bank Of America and Chime.  It might be Ebay might not recognize your bank on their lists of options for payment.

I personally use Green Dot Bank.  It's a Walmart entity.  It comes with a routing number, an account number and is perfectly acceptable by Ebay for payments.  You can order one on line.  I have used it now for over 7 years and no problems.  Just a suggestion:

I've also read of a fix that's worked for some. If your bank is shown in the long list of banks... don't select it. Go to the bottom of the list and select 'My bank is not listed' (or whatever the verbiage), then enter your bank's name, routing and checking numbers. Hope it works for you... good luck.

That's what I did to add a new bank but it won't let me delete my old bank.

They accept my new bank but won't let me delete my old bank so I can't change it.
