Hello,

Two times i suffered with this issue which couldn't pay immediately.  Tried 2,3 times again & again but still got failed. subsequently  i used another browser and then i was success in paying. why i got such problem with in paying...? please help.

It probably has more to do with the country you are in vs the browser you were using. In your country payment processing is hit and miss due to the economic condition of your banks so I think it was just chance that it went through when you used the new browser.

@Anonymous  is correct. Your government's website said at times some banks will be limiting foreign transactions. Not all banks all of the time. Just some banks in SL will periodically block foreign transactions.  Your country is running out of foreign reserves. Your card could work fine today and a few hours later it could be blocked.

You are correct. But my issue was not pertaining to what you have described here. I found that it was a Network traffic. that's why we could solve the problem using a another browser. whatever thanks for your  worthy replies.
