Try typing  not accepted debit card  in the search bar here, and read the 1,000 posts made about the same problem.

If you can't discover why then come back and ask the question.  Frankly, we are getting tired of answering the same question hours on end.  At least I am.

You should already know Sri Lanka banks are limiting payments to other countries due to the financial crisis in Sri Lanka.

If you are trying to find a way around the limits no one can help you.
