Card Payment Error

I am from Sri Lanka. When I try to buy something with my card, I get an error and the money is deducted, but the item is not confirmed. Is anyone get that error?

Open a payment processing account with Payoneer.

Do NOT try to use a Paypal account. While PP is a good company, for some reason your government will not allow SriLankans to make use of its full menu of services.
Another advantage of a payment processor is that in addition to eBay's Money Back Guarantee, you are covered by the processor's Buyer Protection policies.

Hello femmefan. we don't have a choice to pay with payoneer only choice is paypal. I think i need to create a paypal account for purchasing. But What happened to my money?

you can use Sri Lankan PayPal account for paying to items. But can't withdraw money from it. So try with PayPal
