Are these cars a scam on eBay?

The eBay Motors listings shouldn't be. Ads on other sites that say eBay handles the sale are. Hope this helps.

If you found it on another site that is a scam. If you were told they were going to use eBay to handle the transaction or payment, that is a lie and scam. If you were told to buy gift cards that is a scam. If you were told it would be shipped for free and you could return it for free, that is a scam.

If has to be listed on eBay to be an eBay sale.

Auto sales work different on eBay. Your supposed to go inspect and then pay in person. Either party can just walk away if they are not happy.

Stop and think for a minute -- did you actually find this car listed for sale on eBay with an eBay item #?

Or did you find it listed elsewhere, like FB or CL, and the seller claimed the sale would go through eBay?
