Sri Lanka should let their people know why they have problems with their debit cards, so we don't have to.

Hi, sorry you're having a problem paying.. Please contact your bank. eBay accepts debit cards so the problem is on your end. Maybe you need to enable foreign transactions or you reached the limit your bank has. They can help you.

I am very sorry about having a problem paying. Please, try contacting your bank. eBay does accept debit cards, so it's probably your problem or where you live.  Perhaps you've reached the limit your bank has.  I have seen many posts on here with people having the same issue.
