Why are you registered in the US if you're not in the US?

this means the seller is not offering the item for sale in your location.

sellers can select where they want to sell/ship there items.

and some items are not available outside the usa period, just depends on what it is and where you are located.
when you return here then you can buy it. Otherwise you would need a friend or family member here buy it and then when they receive it forward it to you instead. (presuming it is even allowed thru customs)

i try to buy for my home address in USA which i use since 2013 year

if it is a po box or a state outside of the continental us i.e. ak, hi, virgin isle, pr, marshal isle, etc they may not ship there either.
