Cant Pay From Card

It is difficult to pay with my bank cards to pay for items.  What to do about this. ?

I'm sorry you're having a problem paying. eBay accepts debit cards so you need to ask your bank why the payment is being declined. Good luck, I hope they fix it!

Because of a shortage of foreign currency reserves, many banks in Sri Lanka are blocking transactions that are in foreign currency, such as when you try to pay directly with a credit or debit card through eBay checkout.

You can use a PayPal account to pay with your card, because PayPal converts the currency and charges your card in the local currency (rupees ). Apple Pay or Google Pay might also work, you can try those yourself if you want to.
