Cannot add visa card for the managed payments

To active my selling account ,  i tried to add my visa card in managed payment process. But in that process its shows one error message like ''we couldn't verify this card. please select a different payment method '' .

But this card i already used to buy products and its already added to ebay payment option . In buying process i used this card without any issue . But after this issue i checked my bank account it haven't sufficient balance also.

So what i need to do now ?

Cannot add visa card for the managed payments

You have to add a method for payouts or update your method for payouts.

Then you have to add a method for seller fees that aren't deducted from your payout.

This is for updating how you get your managed payments.

Register in Sri Lanka as a business
Get a Payoneer account.
Sign up for Managed Payments and attach your Payoneer account so you can be paid.
It'll take a few weeks to get everything approved.
While you're waiting, go here:

Have a great day.

Yes, you're right.

Both individual and business sellers can sell on eBay. I think eBay/Payoneer doesn't ask business registration information from the individual sellers. 🤔

I think Payoneer does for Sri Lanka.
