Cancelling item without my permission

I won an item on an auction, and even paid. The seller then cancelled the item and lied and said that I told him to cancel this item. I wouldn't care, only now I can't bid on anything because of that cancelled item. Is there anything I can do to report the seller, get the item, or get that ban reversed???

You'll need to explain that in a little more detail.  You said "only now I can't bid on anything because of that cancelled item."  One cancellation isn't going to do that.  And Ebay is REALLY generous in how many a buyer can have before they step in and take any action against the buyer.  So it begs the question, how many times have YOU asked a buyer for a cancellation?

It was just that I had bid too much on that day. 

It gave me the "link your PayPal account", then I did. I can now bid as much as I want
