So I canceled an order after about 2 hours after paying…I contacted the seller to cancel it and they said they have,they told me I should receive a refund in about 24 hours and it’s been almost 2 days and I still haven’t got my refund…it still says paid on the item…what should I do

Wait until one day past the Estimated Delivery Date on the order and open an Item Not Received claim if you still don't have the item.

You just have to wait for the refund.
The pending sale went to the seller and it usually takes 2-3 business days before the seller gets the funds from you. The refund comes from the seller "available funds". If there are not available funds in the seller's account you will have to wait until your sale is processed to seller and then you get your refund.
Sounds somewhat complicated I know. And once the refund is issued by the seller it might be a few more days for the refund.
There is no such thing as an instant refund in this case. You will just have to wait it out.
Customer service can't really do anything other than chit-chating with you.

1. A refund is simultaneously issued when an order is canceled,
2. rather you were promised a refund within 24 hours, and
3. ultimately you will start a case to get your refund.
Now well past 24 hours, get a jump on that refund and ahead of the estimated delivery date, instead to
1. file an Item Not Received dispute here if that's how you paid.
2. Otherwise, file a chargeback with your card issuer.
In either case your seller can refund immediately @tobexo-99 or else eBay will issue your refund in 5 calendar days.
