Canceled order but no refund

Bought item - Seller Canceled

No refund after one month - eBay says its my financial institutions fault.  PayPal...

Also bought warranty for item and they said they can not refund either.

Can anyone help?

If eBay is saying it's PayPal's fault...have you tried to open a case with PayPal?

You can try calling PayPal here: 888-221-1161

If you bought a warranty on a canceled item, dispute both charges. If it was a Square Trade warranty, you should be able to cancel it on their website.
