Why some items can't put watch list?

The only thing I can think of is the item you are attempting to watch is not offered in your country, so there would be no need to watch it if they're not going to ship it Sri Lanka.

You need to be signed in to your account to put an item on your Watch List. Some Watch List issues can be fixed by signing in, or signing out and then signing back in. Try another browser to rule out browser issues.

If a listing is a multiple variation listing, you must choose a variation that is not sold out to add to your list.

If an item is already on your Watch List, you will not be able to add it again.

If an item is sold or ended, you will not be able to add it to your list.

If your Watch List is full, you will not be able to add more items -- try deleting some old or ended items to make more room if you are watching near the limit of 400 items.
