Can't get payment from eBay

My items have been shipped and delivered last week and I'm still not getting paid for them it has me on hold ..I've contacted eBay several different times and I keep getting same response that it'll be,48 hours and I'll have my money it's been a week since the first time I heard it...am I doing something wrong or what

It is really important for new sellers to do some homework before selling on Ebay.  Misunderstandings and mistakes happen when you just jump in and wing it.  Ebay has a rule for new sellers for many years.  I'll give you a link below so your can update yourself.  They are holding your money because you are a new seller.
