Can't List Product

I keep getting an error message when I try to list.

The message says I'm accepting Western Union as a payment method.

I have not specified WU or any other method.

I've tried listing, relisting, using existing templates etc.

Very frustrated.  

Is there a setting somewhere I've missed or is this an E-Bay default for some other reason
