Can someone please explain new payments from eBay without PayPal ?

Ebay asked me to switch from paypal payments to payments sent to my bank account recently and I did.

I recently made a sale. Item sold for $32 and free shiping. I already shipped the item I bought a first class label for $3.58 and Paypal has that label payment recorded on my account. Ebay said payment was received but when looking to Payments tab on ebay I could not understand the numbers, can someone explain what the minus mean? Thanks for any reply.

You used pending payouts to pay for your shipping label that is the -9.07 amount.

How can I change that?

Nothing is wrong.  See the total under processing?  Once that is applied your balance will be $18.68 (+ 27.75 - 9.07).  It is a running total until the payout it made.  The sales will be + and the postage will be -.  Sometimes they all add up, sometimes they carryover to the next payout.  I don't know what their cut-off time is for sending the payout, but this is what causes it.  You might have your payout processed at 12 (for example) and purchase shipping at 12:01.  This would cause a negative balance. 

I have been in managed payments since August and everything has added up correctly. 

If you want, you can change your postage to come out of PayPal.  This can be done on the page where you purchase your shipping (under the purchase and print, to the left).
