Hi Everyone, I had a buyer message me stating that his CC Company suspected a fraud with his CC. They shut his card down & cancelled a few of his payments. Sure enough - a day later I receiver a CC dispute notice from eBay. Buyer does not recognize this charge. Buyer states that this issue has been cleared up & that I should be keeping my payment ok. EBay states that I have to do nothing & that they are taking care of it. Question - If the CC issue IS taken care of, does the buyer still have to drop the dispute with eBay or will this happen automatically? DO I have to do anything? Thank You Everyone For Any Input. (J.B.)

If the buyer opened an eBay case, they can close that. The rest of it should go away when the CC releases the payment. You will have to keep an eye on it. Save copies of all those messages.

Have had this before.
As eBay messaged........................... no action required on your part.
As long as you shipped/delivered to the address provided...............it will go away even if the buyer takes no additional action.
