Why is ebay not accepting my debit card payment?

The problem is not ebay.
Buyers in Sri Lanka having problems paying using a debit card should contact their bank:

Perhaps you could pass this info on in your community, as there have been hundreds of posts here of the same from Sri Lanka ebay members. Thanks in advance for being helpful
