Buyers unable to pay. Maybe some kind of account restriction because of Managed Payments?

So we have tried multiples times to get our account information verified with little success.  We are not sure what ebay wants and as far as we know submitted everything needed according to the managed payment verification page including uploading a drivers license.  We have not had a sale in a couple of days so I am guessing ebay now has a restriction placed on our account. Here is a message I just received from a buyer:

 

 I was trying to order Genuine Mini Lock Assembly 51200556769 51-20-0-556-769
Over several hours I attempted to order at least six times. Every attempt resulted in an email saying my payment failed. I tried chatting with Ebay probably four times and they were worthless. They said at one point that you didn't accept stand alone credit card payments and tried unsuccessfully to connect me with someone more qualified to help me complete my purchase. Every time they ended up never coming back to me. Just letting you know that I've given up and found another place online not related to Ebay to buy what I needed.

 

Is this happening to anyone else? Ebay currently has our payments on hold and we are at a loss on what they want or what to do next.

Ebay created huge problems for buyers and sellers with this Managed Payments stuff and would still argue new system is better and saves you money.

Yup, it has defiantly been a nightmare.  One would think they would at least tell you what they still need.

Cant buy the item because of credit card failure.My card have no problem and enough funds.Whats a problem?

I dont know what happend.

No 'account restriction' I've ever heard of, and I've been in since Fall of 2019. Dang.
