Buyers payments

You may want to try using a debit or credit card to pay for your item.  You might check your balance on your Paypal account as well.  Good luck.

I am assuming you mean why can't you say you don't  accept PayPal?

eBay has an accepted payments policy. You should look it up. eBay, not you, puts in your listing the different  payment methods a buyer can pay with when they check out.. You are not involved with that decision.

PayPal and PayPal Credit is one of the accepted methods, along with Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express.   The buyer can also pay with debit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay.  When they check out they will have all those methods  available to pay with.  You can't say you don't accept PayPal because eBay does accept PayPal.

You have no choice in the matter.

On the other hand I do run across  many listings that violate policy because they say Payment by PayPal only. Or worse they say Payment by Payoneer only when Payoneer is not an accepted payment method for buyers.  A seller is not supposed to prefer one method over another or discourage a buyer from paying with an accepted payment method or encourage a buyer to pay with a method eBay doesn't take.

Oh,,,,  I misunderstood. They want to know eBay is not  accepting their PayPal payment.

@ranamukrann_0

Do you have a PayPal account?

Were you trying to pay with your debit card?

A DEBIT card is your bank account.   Sri Lankan residents cannot link a bank account to PayPal.

CREDIT cards can be linked to PayPal.

USUALLY when Sri Lanka can't pay with their card the problem is on your end. Ask your bank why your card is declined. You might have to enable International payments or agree to foreign currency conversion fees. Your bank may be limiting payments to foreign countries.
