Buyers can’t pay

I'm sorry your question was overlooked. I hope you were able to keep scrolling the Payments board and find a solution.

Usually when buyers in Sri Lanka can't pay it is because your bank is limiting foreign transactions. You need to let your bank know your payment was declined and ask them what your payment limits are. 

If you have a PayPal account you should be able to pay with your credit card on PayPal.
