Buyer purchased 2 listings (magazines) and wants 1 shipment.

I can ship both in 1 box and I changed the weight to reflect both. Shipping amount is the same as 1 would have been. I printed out the shipping label for the 1 combined but the second listing shows not shipped. Should I go ahead and print out the shipping label and then request a refund to the buyer. Buyer has paid for both.

Assuming you have been paid. You can copy the tracking number from the first order to the second order. There is an add tracking link on the Orders Awaiting Shipment Page. You can then use the marked as shipped link on the dropdown menu.

This is the procedure from the website. I have no clue how to do it from the APP
