Buyer purchase in Dec, receive the item in Jan, but open a bank dispute now for unrecognize trans

Hi, I would appreciate your advices on this matter.

A buyer purchased an item on Dec 22nd, received the item in Jan 10th, but open a dispute via bank now for unrecognized transaction on February 17th. 

Immediately after I shipped the item, I even informed the buyer. 

In this case what should I do? I want to challenge it, either the dispute got cancelled or the item got returned to me (buyer pays for the shipping) and then I will refund.
