Buyer Not Able to Pay

Hi Everyone,

I sold an item sometime in the night and buyer had not paid for it yet when I saw it this morning.

I messaged them thanking them for their purchase and told them that I am making a mail run at 3pm Pacific and their item will ship out today if paid.

They replied that they have $15.00 eBay credit but couldn't figure out how to use it on mobile.

I messaged back that it may not be a feature on the app and they should try on a desktop or laptop.

Is this the case ? I know the app is missing many features.

If they are a seller and have a credit on their account, they can't use to buy.

They need to contact CS for a refund for the credit.

If the buyer can not pay 

you will want to file a claim or pay the fees for the sale

I'll wait 48 hours and cancel the order.

Doesn't really matter, I took all my listings down and quit selling earlier this evening.

This place has gotten too frustrating.

I am unsure why you would canel an order,did somone tell you thats the proper way to do things?  Its not OK to cancle an order,you shoud be filing for your fees with a UPI or NPB

as far as contacting the buyer and telling them you are going to the post office,just what is that doing for you and why are your doing it

More times than not it gets me paid when a buyer hasn't paid right away, and their item gets shipped same day instead of 1 day or next day. Win-win, and they actually appreciate it believe it or not.
